Due to hygiene purpose, we do not accept returns/exchanges for the pet bed.

    Care Instructions

    Plush Dog Beds Are 100% Machine Washable.

    For Best Results:

    • Slight warm water
    • Mild soap or detergent
    • Do not use fabric softener
    • Do not wring or twist/ bleach/ iron/ dry clean
    • Wash separately without any other piece of household clothing.

    We recommend washing the removable outer cover (if applicable) only on a light cycle in cold water in order to maximise the lifespan of the item. Or soak in mild warm water and detergent for 10-20 minutes and handwash.

    If hanging the items up to air or drip-dry after washing, this can take anywhere from 2-5 hours. Whereas, we highly recommend hanging the items in direct sunlight as the sun's ultraviolet (UV) light helps avoid (and even kill) mold.

    Cushions can be vacuumed to remove dust, dirt, flea eggs, and odours.
