ORDER PROCCESSING

We process all orders within 2-5 Business Days (Mon-Friday) excluding holidays and weekends. See Shipping Estimates and Latest Service Announcements.

  • Once your order begins processing we unfortunately cannot make changes.
  • If there is a size or item color error on your order please email us via our contact page within 24hrs.
  • Dog Fashion House reserves the right to cancel any orders that involve product availability and/or if shipping is not available in your country or location in which the customer will be contacted.
  • Item(s) are shipped as soon as they‚Äôre available. In some instances as we work with partners, if there is more than one item in your order, you may receive the items separately (at no extra charge).

*Lunar New Year Season Schedule:

Shipping Deadline orders placed before 11am Jan, 13.

Delivery Resumption starting from Jan, 30.

All products may be pre-ordered during this time between 15-30 January. Production and warehouse services will commence again 30th January onwards.

There may be a 1-2 day service delay added to estimated delivery times due to quantity.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Once your order has been made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. After processing time a second email indicating shipment was sent with order updates for carrier changes if applicable.

  • It takes approximately up to 3-5 working days for tracking information to become available.
  • Often times after shipment email, more tracking information¬†will be available once it reaches it's destination country or central distributation center where it will be scanned.
  • If you are yet to recieve your tracking number, please contact us.

**If your tracking status says "carrier awaiting item" it means that our parcel has been shipped and on the way to your country, the status won't get updated until it arrives in your country and the carrier or local logistics company has scanned it in.

WHAT ABOUT IMPORT DUTIES

Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Dog Fashion House. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected charges at your end.
