How do I place an order?
Placing an order is super easy! Simply select an item, choose your preferred colour and size, then click on ‘add to cart’. Proceed to the checkout page, add your preferred payment method, click on place order and you are all done!
How will I know if my order has been successfully placed?
As soon as you place an order, you will instantly receive an email confirmation with your order number. In the rare case that you do not receive the email, please be sure to check your spam folder!
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
We process all orders within 2-5 Business Days (Mon-Fri) excluding holidays and weekends and once your order has been shipped and is on its way, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
When will I recieve my package?

Why is my tracking information not updated?
If your tracking status says "carrier awaiting item" it means that our parcel has been shipped and on the way to your country, the status won't get updated until it arrives in your country and the carrier or local logistics company has scanned it in.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you ordered the wrong size by accident or have incorrectly provided the wrong shipping address, please contact us right away so we can make the appropriate changes to your order.
Once your order has been processed or in transit and on it's way to you, unfortuantely we are unable to cancel or edit orders.
I ordered multiple items but only recived one, where is the rest of my order?
Due to the fact that we work with multiple suppliers and partners, occasionally, you may receive your order in separate packages.
In some cases if an order exceeds more than 2kg in one box, the rest of your package will be shipped separately. Don’t worry at all, the rest is on it’s way.
